Home Brew Agency partnered with HBO to support the social campaign for The Righteous Gemstones Season Two, which premiered in early 2022. The show follows a wealthy televangelist family and blends absurd humor with sharp satire. In support of the launch, I produced a suite of social assets that reinforced the show’s tone, refreshed audience connection to key characters, and sustained engagement through premiere week and beyond.

To remind audiences of what they loved about the show, we created a set of stained glass character recap videos. Working with an illustrator and motion artists, we developed highly stylized motion pieces that recapped key moments from Season One while introducing the cast in a visually distinct way.

These assets celebrated the series’ eccentric tone and helped reorient viewers heading into Season Two.

For the debut of the Season Two key art, we produced a series of GIPHY stickers designed for use across social platforms. The stickers allowed fans to express themselves within the show’s visual world, extending the campaign beyond traditional posts and encouraging organic community interaction.

To build excitement leading up to the premiere, we developed countdown videos that teased notable moments from Season One and encouraged viewers to tune in for Season Two. These pieces maintained momentum while keeping the show top of mind as the launch approached.
