TWSITED METAL Season 2

 

Trailer Park Group was tasked with creating the official teaser AV piece for Season 2 of the Peacock Original show Twisted Metal. I was responsible for the project from pitch and ideation development, through production planning and post production project managenent. The team came up with a few banger ideas, and we even pre-demo'd a custom song for one of our spot ideations. In the end the client went with a catch-up idea that mixed VO with motion portraits of the cast we could capture at photography day.

We had a few bumps as the warehouse the client had provided for filming ended up having windows throughout that let in tons of natural sunlight which interferred with our dark apocolyptic tone we were going for. With a little extra work and few extra hired hands we were able to block out the windows and create a box with blackout curtains to stage our set.

The motion portraits turned out great and the final AV piece came together easily.
